What we collect
If you contact us by phone, email or the contact form, we keep your name, contact details, address and the details of the job you ask about.
How we use it
We only use your information to reply to you, give quotes, arrange and carry out work, and send invoices. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep job and invoice records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months.
